Product Development Agreement Form


(In the past I used to begin projects with only an over-the-phone verbal agreement.  Most of the time that was sufficient. However, after having several experiences where the client changed his mind after authorizing me to work on his project, and after considerable work had been done, it has become necessary to have a more formal work agreement. This agreement also protects you as the inventor. It shows that work done on your project is considered work-for-hire.)
